Songwriters Swap

Mill 180 Park, 180 Pleasant St., #217,, Easthampton, MA

Mill 180 Park is a unique venue - an indoor park which offers lots of space for different activities. I'll be paired with well- known local songwriter, Jim Eagan, and we'll go at it from 6:30 till 8:30. Jim has some terrific original songs, fine finger picking, and a huge catalog of material. I'll be doing selections from what I call, "Ballads & Blues, new and used", which will include a few songs on my list of "songs I wish I had written" . Also, I'll have my resonator guitar with me for a few instrumentals.

Singer Songwriters

The Harp Irish Pub, 163 Sunderland Rd., Amherst, MA

I'm delighted to be featured at the Harp this month. Dale Reynolds, impresario and fine musician in his own right, features two area musicians on the last Saturday in the month. I play a set at 8:00 PM, and Ralph Carson, a valley favorite plays at 9:00. The Harp is a great venue - dinner specials, great burgers, and a lively pub atmosphere. Come out and enjoy.

Tom Dews, Ballads and Blues, New and Used

The Luthiers Co-Op, 108 Cottage St., Easthampton, MA

I'm opening for CADENCE, a deservedly popular band with a distinctive, world-encompassing sound. I'll mdo a 45 minute set starting at 7:00. Luthiers has a new addition which makes for more room for listening near the bandstand, and plenty of space to hang out and visit.
